Do You See Only the Recycling Bin on Your Desktop and/or Unable To Download Items?

  1. Make sure you go to the bottom right hand corner of your desktop screen and click on the Up Arrow or Carrot next to your clock.

  2. Click on the Google Drive Icon (if it is not there go to your start menu and select Google Drive)

  3. Make sure you are logged into Google Drive

  4. Right Click on Your Desktop Screen and select “Refresh.”

  5. All Icons should be restored.
