-Follow this three Step Process to Remove and Add Your Printer (CLICK HERE FOR RECORDING OF 3 Step Process):

Step 1-In your search bar at the bottom of your screen, type "printers" and click enter. Make sure that the checkbox that indicates "Let Windows manage my default printer" is UNCHECKED. Select your Office Copier (Or the Printer you are using and click on "REMOVE.

Step 2: In that same Search Bar down at the very bottom of your desktop type in one of the follow appropriate items (depending on your building):

a)Columbia Elementary=\\mv-prt
b)Dan Emmett=\\srv-de
c)East=\\srv-east
d)Pleasant Street=\\srv-plst
e)Twin Oak=\\srv-to
f)Wiggin Street=\\srv-wigg
g) MVMS=\\srv-ms
h)MVHS=\\srv-hs-prt
i)Central Office=\\srv-co-2019

*After you hit enter a window will come up with all of your printers in the building.

STEP 3-Double Click on the printers that you want to use.
